Key Responsibilities

The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and other commercial contracts
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to business teams on a wide variety of topics, including advertising, marketing, privacy, data security, and intellectual property
• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of topics
• Assist with the management of litigation and other legal disputes, including working with outside counsel
• Provide advice and guidance on compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Stay up to date on legal developments that impact the company and its businesses, and provide updates and insights to business teams
• Work with the General Counsel and other members of the legal team on special projects, as needed

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

• Are currently licensed to practice law in the country of choice
• Experience working in a corporate legal department
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Familiar with securities law
• Experience working on international transactions
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously
