Key Responsibilities

• Achieving assigned sales quotas.
• Generating new software sales opportunities and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate customer and prospect records in the company’s CRM system.
• Providing input to the marketing team to create demand-generation campaigns that target the sales territory.
• Participating in trade shows and other events to generate leads and increase awareness of ExampleCorp’s software products and services.
• Staying up to date on ExampleCorp’s software products and services and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• A minimum of five years of sales experience in the software industry
• Proven success in achieving quotas
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel
